About Newbury Manor Nursing Home
Newbury Manor Care Home is situated in Newbury Lane, Oldbury. The home is purpose built to a high standard of specification to provide an environment that allows for privacy, choice and a dignified lifestyle whilst also providing a full range of personal and nursing care service to meet all identified needs.
Our rooms are for single use occupancy and are furnished to a high standard. All have beds that are designed to meet nursing needs. we are also able to offer rooms for double occupancy so that couples or friends can share if they wish.
Bedrooms enjoy views overlooking Newbury Lane and Portway Hill and also the terraced garden area.
Newbury Manor is well placed for all local transport services, has a main line rail station and is 40 mins from Birmingham International Airport. Oldbury Shopping centre is within walking distance or five minutes by car
The home opened in 1997 and is registered with the Quality Care Commission to accommodate 56 residents, both male and female. The Home Manager or another senior member of staff can arrange to meet any potentional clients so that their nursing and social care needs can be assessed. The findings of that assessment are given to the individual or their next of kin/advocate before any admission takes place.
There is a Registered Nurse Manager and Clinical Manager in post who is supported by Registered Nursing Staff, and all other grades of staff.
Fees
From £975 per week, depending on care needs and room choice.
