Sun Shines on a Perfect Day at Newbury Manor

The gardens at Newbury Manor Care Home in Oldbury, part of Superior Care (Midlands) Ltd, were alive with music, laughter, and the welcoming hum of conversation as residents, families, staff, and local visitors gathered for the home’s annual summer fete. 

Guests enjoyed a lively mix of care home activities, from tombola stalls and raffles, offering prizes galore and delicious food and drink served throughout the afternoon.  

With the sun shining brightly, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect setting for people to come together and celebrate the summer season. 

Home Manager Kam Kaur said: “The day went better than expected, much helped by the sunshine and plenty of visitors.  

“Our residents had a lovely time and the atmosphere was great with friends, family and members of the local community dropping in.”
