A Night to Remember at the West Midlands Care Association Awards!
What an incredible night it was at the West Midlands Care Association Awards! The atmosphere was filled with excitement, pride, and celebration as we joined care professionals from across the region to recognise the amazing work happening every single day in our sector.
We’re absolutely thrilled to share that two of our very own team members took home top honours on the night.
Megan Whitehouse was named Newcomer of the Year, a well-deserved recognition for her enthusiasm, compassion, and commitment to making a difference in the lives of our residents. From day one, Megan has brought warmth and positivity to Newbury Manor, and we couldn’t be prouder.
Michelle Hope won the Senior Carer Award, celebrating her exceptional leadership, professionalism, and unwavering dedication. Michelle’s passion for care shines through in everything she does, inspiring both her colleagues and residents alike.
Both categories were filled with outstanding nominees from across the care community, making these wins even more special.
We’d also like to extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the other winners and finalists. The evening was a wonderful reminder that the care sector is built on kindness, teamwork, and compassion, values that truly define our industry.
We’re proud to be part of such a supportive community, where every day is an opportunity to make someone smile and feel valued.
Here’s to Megan, Michelle, and the entire Superior Care team, thank you for all that you do.
